We want you to be confident in WP Masterbase. This page explains our refund terms. Final wording is to be confirmed with the client.

30-day guarantee

If WP Masterbase isn’t the right fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase — no questions asked.

Eligibility

• The request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• The purchase was made directly through wpmasterbase.com.

How to request a refund

Email info@7south.digital with your order details (email used at checkout and approximate purchase date).

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within [5–10] business days depending on your bank.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, the associated license is deactivated and may no longer be used in production.

Exceptions
